In 65 NE, Titan Corporation was "re-formed" to oversee Entropy and ECZ operations. Mistress Yang announced in a press release that Titan Corporation was to journey back into the spotlight and public scrutiny, overseeing the most important role in the new area.

With all the accumulated funds from the millenia long war that Mistress Yangs' earlier clones had a considerable hand in amassing, Titan Corp felt it was safe to start the last part of the corporation's plan to achieve total control over known inhabited space.

The Titan Project, of course, is a place where she can continue weapons and technology development, and use them for her further expansion, and consolidation of power in this quadrant and galaxy, until she has attained total dominance.
